Suspension prep for first time fmx ramp jump
Hey guys,
Just wanted to find out if I have to do anything to my suspension before jumping a steel ramp for the first time? I've set it at about 2 or 3 clicks over the standard settings and it feels great on the track, my one friend told me to set the suspension as hard as it can go but I'm not sure of that?? I've got a 2001 KTM 250 SX, any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks |

You don't have to do anything. I jumped for years on stock suspension. It's definitely nice once you get some stiffer springs and valving, but it's not required.
