Well I was just about finished rebuilding my shock when i came across a problem. I had it all ready to go and poured the oil in and started to pump the rod, but the pressure was alot more than the last time I rebuilt it and when I do fork seals. Anyways I pulled it back out and now I assume my rebound adjuster isn't working. the little rod inside the shock shaft does not move when the adjuster screw is turned. Anybody dealt with this before? how did you break it free? And also if I do get it broken free, can you tell me how to position the rod so it is in conjunction with the adjuster screw. Tell me anything that you think might work, just don't say "take it to a suspension guy lol" If I had money to burn, I would. thanks.

I got the needle out of the shaft using pb blaster. now I just can't understand how the adjuster works. When I put the clevis back onto the shaft, turning the adjuster screw clockwise will just ram the adjuster into the needle. It wont move the needle at all.
