Superman Seat Grab HELP PLEASE
Hey everyone, I have been trying to figure out ssg's for about a week now, but in the videos i watch of me doing the trick, i always end up doing a ssg with my legs a little more downward than the angle of my swing arm on my bike, im having alot of trouble getting my legs up and above my bike. For some reason i have alot of trouble trying to throw my head down and curling up my legs before i kick out.
The ramp is at 75ft but i feel like it would help if i pushed it back a couple more feet and propped it up a little for some extra time in the air, also if i should still continue to try and learn ssg's or if it would be better for me to learn supermans first. ANY help, tips, or advise is GREATLY appreiciated, Thanks |

Keep in mind that you need to use the suspension of your bike to boost you up. It's all physics. Upon exiting the ramp, in sequence with your suspension rebounding, there is a specific point when you jump off the pegs. Get this timing down and it will become effortless. Also try to put the top of your helmet on your gas cap and do a handstand. You're in the beginning stages of it already, it will happen dude, just burn a bunch of tanks! Good luck. -TP

Just keep on riding man. nothing can benefit you more than time on the bike.it sounds like you have got the right idea just keep on pulling them and they will become fully extended and look perfect in no time. Took me a while to get them as i was afraid to look down at my seat.I kept pounding out super seats every ramp hit for an entire weekend and i had them down . Keep it up man and post some pics ASAP !
