I havent been able to extend em fully yet, but theres are 2 ways to do it. A lot of its jsut about being flexible though.

1st is like adoptante, u jump up, and have your shins just ontop of the bars, and then just arch your back, and flick your head backwards as far as you can.

other way is Faisst's, where your feet kinda start out more as a cliffhanger, and you kinda lay backwards while you do the whole back arching thing.

hmm...maybe someone else can explain better :D

at first just to see what it feels like......it just put my shins to the bars and poked my knees out past my arms and put my head back all the way..... this gave me a good idea of what a fully extended one would feel like, and you can work up to it from that

if you wanna work up to it, you can try barnies. (i don't even know if i spelt that right) a "barnie" is where you just bring your feet up under the bars. then, when you can do a "barnie", try flicking your head back while doing the "barnie". then all you have left to do a cordova is pretty much just arching your back. hope this helps, good luck.

i think its spelt just like that big puple thingy i dont think the barnie should be a trick thought all is, is a stuck spot inbetween a cliff hanger and a cordova but yah i never thought about useing that "trick" for learning cuz ive wanted to try those two tricks for a while also

it took me half a day to get the motion down. i watched myles do them , then i tried one. what i basICALLY DO IS bring my feet up to the bars, arch my head back and thrust my pelvic area thru the front of the bars. a lot of people dont thrust their mid area, thats why they end up not doing them. the middle is the key part, do that and you can practicaLLY DO EM. GOOD LUCK!
