I want to build a Rev 1 and I'm not shure how to bend the metal
so that I get the right slope

Are you talking about bending the metal? Or cutting the uprights so that the bend is how you want it?

this is the pic i mean, it shows u where to cut it. then u can just draw the ramp on the ground, and bend the metal to suit.

The problem with doing it that way is the metal warps every time you weld it. Expect a rocking horse when done. It will probably be about 1.5" lower in the middle and unstable when you hit it or you will have to put shems under each end. Also, due to this, your final angle will be off. It will pop you more because the center is 1.5" lower than specs.

That is what we did with our ramp. Our final angle is the same as how we had planned it. I don't know exactly what they did (I just did little stuff ;)) to make it right, but they got it. Then again... we had a friend that has been welding for 15+ years, and has been making ramps for about 5, help us out.
