even with a "fmf" motor, or varner motorsports work done on the motor, i don't think you can get $ 5,800 out of a used, well- ridden cr 250. you might want to come down a bit on the price. this is just a suggestion, but it was a sick bike when i saw it in reno.(before the crash!)

I know that caleb rode the bike but do you really think it makes it worth that much more?

If it is, then it's DEFINITELY worth it in my opinion. Some wealthy moto fan would pay $6k for a collector's item like that, probably..

All of you guys are telling him to lower the price and that its too much and a collectors item etc etc, but how many of you guys are seriously considering buying the bike? if you dont intend to give the guy a break.

I rode the bike here in San Diego. I'll vouch for it. Solid set up. Suspension, metals, motor up grades and pipe. It is not the original (1st. bike successfully flipped), but it's still Caleb's. Here in SD, when Clowers sells his bike, it goes for 6500 to 7500 depending on if he medaled on it or not.

To purchase a bike and pay retail for all the aftermarket materials and work would cost ($ - GING). So, the price is right. Is the bike signed by Caleb?

I'd only consider the purchase of that bike if you we're SERIOUS about FMX. That thing kicked my :( on the Elsinore track.
