Im going to make a copy of the rev 1. it says i need about 180' of 2x2 in and 180' of 1x1 in tubing. how much would that cost. Im building it in my metal shop class so do you think my teacher would be able to get some kind of deal. How would i make it fold up? What kind of hinge? What about wheels?anything will help:confused:

You would be best off to call a local supplier for current pricing.

I pay about 8 bucks for 20' of 1x1 and about 17 bucks for the 2x2. Both are .120 wall.

Now, get your calculator out.
