there must be something not right with the host server or something, the other day it was lagging big time. then p00 said something about the mail notification not working which i dont know how you guys stand that i turn it off lol and then i notice when you hit view new posts its not resetting its showing many many many pages of new posts..

probably nothing anyone can do its probably the host company..

i know host companies suck, mine use to be 100% perfect, then they upgraded all this crap and it was supose to NEVER have a problem... kinda funny how it can never had a problem when there werent any problems for it not to have in the first place, now the friggen thing goes down pretty often.. when its up its fantastic but when it goes down its annoying.. cant complain though im getting a killer deal.

but anyway, just seeing if this view new posts thing is something everyones having or are the cookies in my comptuer messed up?

No there's a glitch in the system some where. I've had some trouble as well, slow and getting logged out while going from fourm to fourm. So it's not us it's them. :p

hehe I run a couple VBulletin based sites and it sounds to me like the session table has corrupted.. Happens alot with VB.. Until someone who has access to the php admin stuff notices this thread and repairs it things will slowly get worse and worse... Happens to my busiest site which has at last count 9,937+ members and 194,872+ posts maybe twice a month... The bigger sites get, the more things break...

yep, I'm getting some wierd errors now and I'm 99.99999% sure its the sessions table, any new posts now have a quite good chance of being corrupted and all sorts of weird stuff will start to happen.. Eventually it will go kaboom and die completely..

Yeah, Im starting to have problems here like how the posts will stay new for days and I will constantly have to re-sign in. Then randomly it will show there are no new posts then the next minute they will all be new:confused:

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm i just did that now and it works fine..... this makes me feel very dumb... however why did it only do this recently and why are others having this problem, did some of us all do something at the same time by coincidence or did the forums mess something up? im going to assume it must of becuase of the whole lagging thing before

The wrong number of page views / replies ect is still all wonky here...
