hey crusty,

I have some pics of my bike that i want to put up but the file is too large even after i save it as a jpeg or sumthin, it always opens in photoshop even after saving it as something else.
is there ne thing i can do to make the file smaller

well if youve got photoshop, just go in, open up the pic, then click File>save as> jpeg then click ok.

Then itll come up with a slider from 1 - 10, take it to about 4 to reduce the quality.

Ans u can resize the image smaller to make it a smaller file size

nah man, thats only like 30 foot long, crustys right ive only been ridin a yr, i can go 60 foot. comfortably. i could probably go bigger with a nice jump and a long run up. Its pretty hard to clear the bigger jumps on an 80 unless you can hammer it into the corners fast like the racer kids

Yeah you have good body positions from what I can see, can't wait to hit that jump next time I am there, it used to be lippless and it was almost impossible to clear if you didnt pin it!

lol, how old is your bike nex? mines a 97, and the suspension is also terrible, it feels like it nearly bottoms after landing short on a 45ft tabletop :D

and the back fender is cut short so u dont get yer legs cauaght doin indian airs. Chuck said he just cut the front one for a sence of balance (looked too long)

Thats a 92 RM.. the suspension blew so bad on those things.. and if the motor ran for a month without grenading its a miracle..

Ive been out for a while and sold my 2000 RM125.. i now have a KTM 380SX and im gettin back into riding slowely.. its only been 8 weeks since i had my ACL Reconstruction Surgery :eek:

I have boots but I dont like how they are. I have trouble shifting and they just dont seem right. Maybe its just that Im not used to them but I still think they are weird

yea, they are fox trackers, and I have worn them once on a motox track, and a couple times just around my house and stuff. I wouldnt think they would break in that much since motox boots are supposed to be pretty stiff, but I dont know.

If u get to jumping really big, the boots arent gonna feel weird, they are necessary :) Sneakers wont cut it for a 60ft overjump...

It took about 2 weeks to get used to my 1st pair, but its better once u doe. no more damage toes/ feet/ shins :)

nexgeneration, did you put a new front fork on the rm yourself b/c the fork is inverted and suzuki didn't started stocking their bikes wiht that until 98.

RMs had inverted forks from 89 till about.... 94 i believe.. somewhere around that timeframe.. then they went back to conventional for a bit.. then in 99 they went back to the Inverteds..

Yerai didnt change my forks theyr just the stock ones, bu they are heaps of #### cause they were kinda the first USD forks to come out and they didnt make em to good so mine keep blowin seals and ####( maybe uts cause they arnt designed good enough for 65 foot ramp jumps). I think only the yz had USD forks a few years before or somthin so they were new technology, but i wont be jumpin that thing ever again cause on the weekend i broke the front brake caliper off , so im just gona fix the seals and replace the front brake then sell the thing. Then im gettin a new CR. wohoo

Nope i bleed my forks after every day i ride, but now i think my valves are bugered to and they,v got no oil hardly left in em. They just cant handle landin 15 foot past the landing ramp.

yeh, after my ramp overjump, we put new seals in, but it still felt ####.

So i pulled the fork springs out, and they are 2 inches shorter than the minimum recommended size now!

I ride a 2001 RM 125 too..

Im moving back to Toronto someday.. When I move back,we should hook up and ride.. I used to live in Pickering... And I have a cottage in Stoufville..

Right now I live in BC with my stepdad and mom.. When things get rough over here with parents.. Then ill move back to my dads.. :)


Im not much of a freestyler.. But I have only been riding for a short while.. I can do no footers, and one handers.. Well, sort of.. I can only open the palm of my hand and raise it a tiny bit.. It doesnt feel right taking it up higher..
