tramp bikes

i built a tramp bikes at my mums house and used it for about 5 days, man they kick so much rear, i could do like all the bar tricks and stuff it was so awesome, but how much do they help? like i could do barhops on em easy and twitches and all that but do u think i could do em on my real bike? i havent been able to ride yet

on the tramp bike everything is easier, lighter, less bulky = more room to move. get it down pefect on the tramp bike before attempting it for real.:)

and when you go for the real thing, do it in steps leading to the actual trick

hey i'm gonna make a tramp bike soon but i noticed there's not any footholds or anything on any of your trampbikes...so do you just jump w/ the bike between your legs?

yea just between your legs, if your unlucky it will bounce up and hit your nuts, but if you keep your feet next to where the crank goes it should bounce smooth

LOL, i was thinking youd get hit painfully a fair bit :D If i ever made a tramp bike itd have a HUGE amount of padding on it :D

I HAVENT DONE IT BUT I HAVE HEARD THAT WHAT YOU DO IS REMOVE YOUR CRANK AND PEDALS, THEN PUT A WOODEN/METAL BAR THROUGH AND THROW PADDING INSIDE SO IT DOESNT SLIP AROUND. THATS HOW MOST DO IT. OH YEH YOU ALSO PUT PADDING AROUND EVERY SHRAP EDGE. I HAVE ONLY LAKE JUMPED, THATS FUN! WE HAVE A FIVE FOOT RAMP, YOU HIT IT FULL SPEED THROUGH THIS PARKING LOT OFF A TEN FOOT DROP AND YOU GO AT THE LEAST 2O FEET UP AND 30 FEET OUT, ITS SIMULATESA REALL JUMP.
