First race.

So me and the wife are gunna venture all the way down to Salt Lake for our first supercross race. Who has been to a race and can tell me what to expect? Like we have our tickets already and everything, but can we get in the pits to meet some people? Or will we have to buy a pit pass? Or what? What should we expect?

they'll usually give you a pit pass if you bring a monster energy can to recycle. So far i haven't seen anything about it this year though. The pits are pretty crowded and when riders are signing posters and stuff, there are big lines. They kick you out of the pit area like a half hour before the first heat's if i remember correctly.
