you guys on quads are sick just cuz you can do that stuff on quads. I have a quad and I almost pissed my pants when I hit like a 20 foot jump but if I get on my bike I can hit it like its nothing. Buy body varials and a underflips would be sick!!!

A snowmachine had at least a120 inch track helping its rotation, and the power to wieght ratio is crazy. so tahts a big difference. I would say clear plastics on your quads. haha naw. but relaly, maybe go through the "New Trick" thread on here make a list of the tricks that have been thought of, but made not Able on a bike, and more possible on a quad..deu to wieght. i dunno, just a thought. o yea, get some rails in the mix.. eh eh eh?

Awesome Guy really liking the Feedback. Definetly the trick progression is something the riders are going to have to come up with at their leisure, And being a Quad rider myself i plan on trying to step my game up and get into the new technical tricks as well as some new ones in my head.

but i'm also looking for like media coverage, Stuff that you would read and see to grab your attention and follow riders just like we do with the dirt bike guys. There isn't that many guys doing quad freestyle only a handful of them making a successful living. Most of us are just regular guys who have a 9-5 that ride as much as we can. I want to get those guys into the limelight as well and the bigger names in Quad Freestyle. So what would you guys like to see, like interviews, pictures, short clips, bike set up( sounds boring but without the dirt bike guys knowing much about us they might be curious) thanks guys.

I really appreciate the feedback.

the dirt bike industry is like the government

they know its sick, but until theres (what they see as) a "market" in quads it will never be more then a side show... just like quad racing has, quad freestyle will be unless someone with some cash forces a killer televised comp

dont wana sound like a priq but your 16 starting out ive got more years of ridding in then your age. 2nd its been what 5 years 6 at least since the first quad flip and theres still only about 15 ppl to ever do it and 4 in the world doing it consistent enough for shows and 2 ppl doing flip tricks... flipping a quad is no joke and double fliping a quad is asking to be put 6 foot under

i know you have been riding longer than me and your better than me but there are more 16 year olds out there just like me that love to ride and will ride and push the limits on quads and make the sport better and do things that the older guys wont...thats what i think and a double back is possible on a quad i think. yeah its dangerous but its not impossible travis pastrana and levi lavallee did it

Double flipping anything is stupid. I hate it, gnarly pretty much as gnarly as it gets but ya like JR said asking to be put in an early grave. I really wish Cam would quit giving it a go now that he got er done again.

I wanna see from quads same I wanna see from bikes, more "lines". Good jumps that flow together. Not jump the ramp turn around. I also like that quad guys sometimes use the different machine to thier advantage. I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I notice guys like Okie have killer no footed one handed nacs and it seems like one of his go to tricks. I dont see db guys pull em like that. Dont just copy the db thing, put a different twist on it. Keep it up, ya'lls deal is growing dont force it.

Just be rad like Steve "the bad habit" Abbott ha.

well put on okie... u know satos new trick the aeroplane or whatever they are making a huge deal about it i saw that goone do one handed 9s over a year ago and hes the kid we make fun of cuz he has no style and is sketchy but when it comes to doin some 9 o clocks the kids pro he honstley has 6 to 7 legit fully extended 9 combos

double flip on a sled crazy but possible from the automatic tranny and huge track spinning around

dirt bike double also super super super crazy but its less then half the bike of a quad and is barley being done

the quad double is possible but you will need to have a hugggggggge ramp and be about 70 ft in the air... if you wana practice that into a foam pit be my guest because you havnt been off a superkicker at 40 ft into a pit probobly you should go find one and let me know how that works out

I agree with J.R and BTP. The double is crazy but its just not worth the risk . Cam threw it in his run at x fighters and it still didn't get him the win. If you ask me if the trick is that risky and your still not going to get the win its not worth throwing.

yeah i know he didnt get the win and that was pretty crapy that he didnt. and yeah jr your right it will never be as good as travis's but i think it would be good for the sport though.

it may be what is good for the sport but a double flip will never even be attempted to dirt it will be to hard to slow that fast of a rotation if u get it around and u will prob destroy the quad tust what jr said it will never be done :pbjt:

make the qauds cheaper and more affordable and youd get more guys getting into it as it is atm qauds cost 2 or 3 times more then a dirt bike to set up good for fmx once u include suspension and exhausts . also get more of your own shows happening in the usa and internationaly i know in australia youd be lucky to see a qaud do any ramps outside of crustys
. another thing might help tell creech to get off his *** stop playing in monster trucks and ride again lol

that quad will hit with some force if someone ever did land it somethings would give. the spinning of the rotation combined with the weight, i mean wen cam landed them a x fighter he wasn't in great shape he got carried on to the bike for his second run n thats on a bike. if the quads double the weight it's got alot more momentum and is going to have alot greater stopping force a downramp isn't gonna give so the rider better hope the quad does or it's him and that's with landing it not to mention the other 100 problems ur going to have to get to that stage so have fun who evers attempting it.
also sorry if that's wrong, it sounded correct in my head. i havn't exactly run the numbers but all i can see is spines compressing, bones breaking n wheelchair if it is landed with the force on the body.
