Most states are pretty easy to get a license in, there are two that are impossible. Illinois and Wisconsin. Then there are states where they do issue them but its damn hard, sometimes, impossible for average joes to get. They usually only issue them to retired officials or friends. I even heard when being interviewed the Sheriff will ask "So, who do you know?" Which is crooked politics if I ever heard it. But, anyway.
Does anyone here have a permit in a state like Californy, NY, NYC (yeah, they actually have two permits), NJ, MD, etc...?
No reason, just curious. I belong to a forum and this kinda stuff comes up. And like most things they get built up in your mind, now spotting someone like this would almost be like seeing a unicorn or something.

Yeah, my PA one is good for alot of states. I think like at least 25. Utah's is good for 34, I think, 30 if your a PA resident and you get a Utah non resident license combined with your PA. However, I don't think there are any states that PA has that Utah doesn't. So, it kinda overrides it.

Cool. I heard some people saying they couldn't get one. They just must not be reveling everything...like past law encounters and such.

Can't carry the firearm on me at all times. Like, if I'm going to the store to buy eggs. Gun can't be on me. I am allowed to carry concealed to and from hunting, range, and place of employment. Pretty lame. but I'm still able to carry so Im happy. I havent really looked into what I can and cant do. Guess I should.

California depends on the county. Some are as good as shall issue, some are no issue unless you are a celebrity or campaign contributor to the current sheriff of that county.
