supermans on tramp bikes

how the hell do you guys lay supermans out on tramp bikes? i couldnt do it then i was like fine i bet if i just huck it ill be ok. wrong busted my nose, lip and one of my balls turned blue. (and not because my girlfriend didnt finish....)

You know, flat supermans on trampoline bike are way harder than on a dirtbike, trust me. supermans on tramp bike are easy for me now, but learning them was hard, you must jump high, then bring knees to chest then pump them bastards out flat then pull in and land, same on a dirtbike, but what is really hard on tramp bike is a lookback hart attack
cause the bike is so light, and a mcmetz is hard, a starfish is the sweetest on tramp bike

Mc metzes were easy for me on a tramp bike. Supermans were real hard but seat grabs were heaps easy. so i duno just practice.

all ya gotta do on a trampoline bike is throw the bike straight up to compensate for it's lack of weight. mylo will demonstrate

because ur not moving forward in the air, u can't just throw urself away from/out the back of the bike...

so u've gotta push the bike forward, then try and throw ur feet out the back...
