hey ppls just thought i would say hi and let you lnow i just joined the injured list. i have a slipped disk in my lower back.
all i know is i like these pain killers, i think im not aloud on my bike for a month. atleast.. and it just rained today so my track wouldve been perfect. later

they say i need to get some fitness and stuff.
i hate back injuries. are you serious? ill feel this for ever.
has anyone slipped a disk before?

the only possible cause is a bit of an over jump and i landed wrong or something 16mts or something to flat. i bottomed hard
and that was 3wks ago and i rode after that but doctors say that what did it, otherwise we dont know.
