I was surprised by how the teams have changed since last season. Look like Honda and Suzuki did a lot of wheeling and dealing when it came to riders for this season.

Mike Alessi now the top Makita Suzuki Rider. I guess Ivan Tedesco wasn't too happy and left to Honda. Did Grant Langston ride a Honda last year? He's on a Yamaha this year. If I recall correctly, Ben Townley was riding Suzuki lites last year and now on a Honda. Josh Hill on a Yamaha, wasn't he riding a Honda lites last year? Nick Wey is now on a KTM. I'm all confused now.

ok. ya they have changed. but grant langston was on yamaha last year too. ben townley was riding for kawasaki. and josh hill has been ridign yamaha for along time. and ya. honda has really seemed to get alot more guys now. for the heat races it was like the first one was all yamaha. and the second all honda. but ya i hope the season is as good as last night. i would hate to see james run away with it again. and woohoo for j-law.

haha o frick, i guess you're right. outdoors WAS last year!

awesome races tho! props to dungey for the win. props to j-law for absolutely rippin. props to reed for TOTALLY steppin it up this year! he said he doesn't wanna get into that "new reed" stuff, but he definitely looked like a totally different rider at A1. the lites class was on it. i think both classes should be pretty tight this year!

I still think Stewart's gonna kill it.

time will only tell but idk. he and chad were pretty even. he would gain some then fall back and idk. i hope chad is better this year. still say the lites class is the more exciting.

I don't think Stewart was pushin it. After he went down in the first corner and the track conditions, I think he was content on getting second. Remember he was beating RC indoors last year. I like Reed but in the past he just hasen't been fast enough.

no he really hasn't. but this year i think he might be. i mean in past years bubba would have caught, passed, and lapped reed. haha, but it should be good whoever comes out on top.

GL rode for Yamaha all last year.
Riders that did change teams, Alessi from KTM to Suzuki. David Vuillemen from MDK Honda to Suzuki.
Ben Townley from PC to Honda 250F indoors 450F outdoors. Ivan T. from Suzuki to Honda. Nick Wey from MDK Honda to MDK KTM. Those are the biggest changes

LOL its weird, because I could not remember him racing the YZ in SX, so I had to look at race results, and yes he did in fact race it, then I remembered seeing him in Dallas on it.
Also another rider to change teams is Micheal Byrne, he went from Rockstar suzuki to Makita/Rockstar suzuki haha.
