Driving to work today someone cuts me off, so i change lanes to avoid a collision then get back into that lane. Oh o cop sees me and u-turns. Follows me for awhile the whole time not using his turn signal pulls me over and writes me a ticket for guess what......"Failure to Use a Turn Signal" I just got back from Colorado so my car is trashed, the officer asks me why i have a pillow in my car, i tell him i just got back from colorado. He asks why i have so many soda cans, i tell him, i just got back from colorado. Then he asks why are your eyes red, i tell him a third time I JUST GOT BACK FROM COLORADO im sleep deprived and wearing old contacts. He then asks to look at the bottles in my car (which is illegal boys and girls) and i bent over and said ok. Once he notices there is nothing in them he asks if ive been partying, and tells me to clean out my car! Complete a-hole. I love you Plano Police, it is my dream to someday be above the law like you are

I was slapped with a $500 ticket and lost my license for 3 months. So I'm pretty much stuck inside my house all summer long because all my friends work and don't have time to take me out anywhere T_T

hmm i must have a sixth sense or something. i speed all the time and i tend to slow down for some reason then a cop goes by and i looked down and im like 5 over the speed limit. im guna get one of them cop detector things to but im broke right now so ya haha

Those radar detectors dont always help. Cops can pull you over if the belive you are traviling in excess of a 100 without a radar. If they see the detector in your car they will get you for a lot of violations. Also at least around here they run speed traps with planes and the can tell exactly how fast you are going no matter what.

out here there was some guy on a crotch rocket and some guy in a small plane or helicoptor timed how long it took this guy to go from this one marker to the other and they figured he was going like right around 200. they werent able to prove anything because all the pilot had was a stopwatch. so they just gave the guy a ticket for driving without his motorcycle license.

My dad has this nice fuzz buster, its a valentine or something. I remember I was going 90 in a 70 and the thing started beeping and it said it was ahead but all i could see was 2 semi's right behind each other, I slowed down anyway. and they pass and there was a state trooper right in the middle. I would have been toasted. 1-2 saves like that already pays for itself.

they will put a warrent out for your arrest i believe. If you get a ticket in another state you have to mail in your fine to the county that you got the ticket in.

i love this topic. a quik story. we all know about growing photo radar right. i read this in the paper. a man was speeding down the high way and had his picture taken by the photo radar. he had a really attracive blonde in the front seat at the time. anyway, when the ticket came in the mail his wife opened it and questioned her husband about the lady when he got home. the husband was having an afair with the lady sitting next to him. he sewed the state because he claimed that it was an invasion of privacy. lol

oh, i have also heard that a warant goes out for your arrest, however this is only true if they phisically put it into your hand so that they know you have it. if you get one in the mail do NOT sign it! in fact do not sign for anything that comes to your door because then they can prove that you live there. if they show up at your door claim that you don't live there.

sounds like a made up story. I know on 95 they have lines or markers on the road and time how long it takes for you to go from one to another, then they have a equation that tells the aprox. speed. then they radio to a cruiser on the ground to pull you over and give you a ticket.

In New Hampshire they will suspend you license and the next time you get pulled over you will be arrested for driving with a suspended license. fun times.

A friend of mines dad got a ticket in minnesota, so he thought screw it im in TX i dont have to pay it. Gets pulled over, and it turns out the suspended his licensce in Minn for never turning in the ticket.

Well from what I have heard the red light cameras are supposed to be illegal, like cities like san deigo have out lawed them. I guess they say that a cop has to actually be there to witness it. Not exactly sure. I was reading how just one camera generates up to 2-3 million dollars!!!!!! a year. and i can guarantee that money doesnt go to fixing the roads or something useful.

You all need to get Dually trucks. I swear I'm invisible to cops in that thing. I absolutely never get pulled over. Hell I used to use a bird dog all the time, but now I don't even bother the beeping of it pisses me off. I do 85-90mph all the time up I-20 and never get pulled over. My old truck was green so I thought maybe it blended in, but my new on is bright red so there's no f'in way.
