How in the HELL did you get those 3d views? you couldn't have drawn that.. that's too good :)

awesome ramp, man....

Would it be possible to get some measurements? How far spaced are the cross members? The ramp is 24 feet long, but I only counted 21 cross members in that picture. What angle are the supports set at?

man that ramp is great!!!
how long did it take you to design that thing?
ive done several ramp designs and the one that took me the longest took me a month to design. of course none of them was ever built though i jsut did it cause i was bored. that ramp is great though. does it fold up or like come in half and bolt to gether or something? it would be hard to move around if it didnt.

thanks guys, i used 3d studio max to make those 3d views. it took a couple weeks, i don't know the exact measurements of everything yet, i'd have to do a little math, that wider base makes it more complicated. there's less cross members because the face don't span over the whole thing... the back of it sticks out 2 ft

i don't think i'm going to make it really that movable, everywhere you go around here, someone has a ramp set up, i think i'd rather have a rock solid ramp than a wobbely one that's easy to transport.

Is it very complicated to set that up in 3d studio max? I only used that program for creating shadows on the textures in Motocross Madness 1 tracks... lol... but I still have the program. Just no use for it now. Unless I can set up a ramp in there :) I'd do that just for fun..lol.

lol, trust me man, unless u have a very high level of computer skills, 3ds max isnt worth playing around with. Its very very frustrating and tiem consuming :D

To buy it, it costs around $3000!!!!

Sweet work bryan. What took the longest in building the model? Sure impressed the heck out of everyone. When is the model of your projected 2009 CR250 going to be done?

thanks! the slope probably took the most time. cause i have little or no idea of what i'm doing

and the 09cr project has been delayed until further notice because the world will probably run out of aluminum by about 2007 because of the number of aluminum-framed hondas being sold right now.
