Material between 400 to 600, depending on top surface used. I advise metal and metal mesh for all ramps. Labor depends on how good the shop is and how fast the worker is. Here I have been told it cost around 1,500 to have one built, labor only. If they bend the metal it should be cheaper but a radius will not work. Use my measurements almost exactly, within 1". (30mm?)

25.4 to be exact :D heh
and larry, id say its a fine 1st ramp, IF you are already at a fairly high skill level of jumping on dirt.

Slider... what's this about a radius?
If you bend the metal you can't have a flat spot??
Could you please explain this? (sorry), my friend and I are going to build a ramp in his welding class, and we were planning on bending the metal. I don't know anything about it, so i'm curious..
