Ok....We are at the stage of needing to set a date for the FMX Kaos Comp which is being held in Ipswich, Queensland.

These are the available dates that we can hold the comp on:

5th October 2002

12th October 2002

19th October 2002

26th October 2002

2nd November 2002

We are going to set a date in the next few days.....so i need feedback from all you amatuer riders as to which date/s suit you.

as for the slur comp, you set your date then ill work out the slur comp around that cause i only have to give 3 weeks notice to get the show grounds for my comp. plus im keen to ride at ipswich and give shaolin a run for his money

Any of those dates suit me, it'd be good to pick a date asap and stick to it so that everybody can make sure that thier weekend is free for your comp. Have you slur, or MM ever thought of combining your idea's and thought of making an amature mini series?? Could be good for us ammatures to get some experience and a good way to get more people/ sponsors involved in the sport. Just an idea. Have you heard about the lismore comp coming up MM?? i'll give ya details and contacts if you are interested.

mine bday is the 25 oct (turn 16) so if its on the 26th and i get arrested i wont be ellegible for juvenuille!!! (however you spell it) is there gunna be any bike jumps scott for mountain bikes or bmx bikes to muck around on???

We should organize a series for amatuer fmx....
At Tamworth, Lismore, and Ipswich. Who thinks it could work?

it would definitely work. you would easy get media coverage from ADB and freerider. a hard thing is advertising it so you get a good turn out.

yeah man we had 3 ramps, 2 were pinched, but we havent re built em yet (i hadnt hit them by the way,they were a mates)...

may not be ADB but all plugs help...and it is starting to get a nice FMX following

and for those who dont know- Luke cole is doing a regular article for the mag ---- he joined up even before i was able to get a MX'er to do a column.....
