Will Reed catch RC this year?

does anyone think that Chad Reed will pass RC, or come close to him this year in points? i've seen this guy come back from 23rd to finish 8th after crashing real hard..but it will be tough to catch RC..what do u think?

I think Chad will battle with RC before the end of the season, but there is no way he can make all those points up. Ricky will not even have to race the last couple of races to win by points. Brown is going to be close to that in the 250F class also. Ricky will never be beat for an outdoor title. Ever. I would be willing to bet he wins this title by over 40 points.

reed is only behind by 37 points..this time last year ricky had 200 points going INTO round 5, he was perfect, and reed had 168. i would love to see reed come away with a close one, but ricky is fast

That's Budds Creek. Reed has definately improved, but the only time he (or anybody) will battle RC is for a lap or two at most when Ricky starts behind him. RC's pace is two or three seconds a lap faster than everyone and that is hard to make up. I still don't think we have seen RC go as fast as he can because no one has stayed with him that long to push him.
