Well since i noticed a lot of people talking about riding with pros i thought id add mine. I was at the track last saturday knowing Matt Walker and Clark Stiles(i think) would be there. Well they didnt show up when they were supposed to and i was just riding. I notice some kawasaki get REALLY close to me in the turn trying to pass me. I thought it was just some punk at first so i try to get him then notice #122 and "WALKER" on the jersey and was like well i stand no chance...he was gonneeee. Both him and Stiles were tearing up the track pretty good. There is a rythem section that only a few people have tripled in it and he was goin for it although i know he has been there and done it before. It was awsome. He was whipping it pretty good too.

He did have a wreck in a turn. I guess the rut changed and he fell but he got up and soon went around goin for the turn like 10 time in a row to get it right again. Didnt look like it hurt him too bad.

Oh yea and he was just on some KX250 that didnt look really heavily modded. All i noticed was a PC pipe and silencer. Stiles was on a RMZ450 i think and i could tell the 4 stroke was getting better grip it seemed like.

I'd say its something to be proud of. You're just bitter because your getting roosted by the local beginniner class :D

As I was about to pay for the entrace of my local track(Lake Elsinore MX)I saw a YZ250 that looked exactly like Nate Adams and I looked at the driver and it was NATE ADAMS.He staired at my bike 2.
What was he doing riding mx insted of fmx?

why is it that mike metzger rides quads, because he can, jsut because he gets paid to ride something else doesnt mean that they do other things on their leisure time.

Nate is actually a really good track rider. Before he was hurt he used to ride bikes for a magazine. Transworld I think. I was amazed to hear about how fast he is on a track, because he corners so slow in freestyle. Oh well, he's the man anyways.

Mikes a punk. Jeffs decent. Both very talented riders, though.

I remember Kyle Lewis used to go to Hemmes races in Antelope Valley, CA. He always put on a good show, super good guy to.

McGrath I used to see at Elsinore frequently, I've seen Stewart at elsinore, along with many other riders. I saw Charmichel like 8 years ago at Loretta Lynns..hauling ###. Damon Huffman used to ride at Gorman a lot. Stewart I also saw at Piru MX when he was just starting to ride 125s a lot.

maybe its just me, but i dont see how you can call mike a punk and jeff decent. ever since millville last year, mike shut his mouth, trained hard, and is a great rider. jeff is the ####y one, did you happen to hear the interview with them during the Hangtown or Mt. Morris National on OLN? Jeff was being all ####y and saying everybody is jelous of them because they wish they were as good as the alessis

I have met them both in vegas a couple of years ago at the us open (playing at the MGM arcade before the races) and they are both good kids. But they were not raised to be respectfull of other riders. Tony is the problem. So I really don't care for either of there attitudes towards other racers, but to talk to they are good kids. At least they were....

I've been racing and growing up with both Mike and Jeff, and Tony too, even Kim. I've known them all since I was probably 4-5, and im 15 now. Tony has his pull, and so do the kids, and as k-dub said, its mostly Tony. They havnt been kicked out of all these tracks for no reason. I have tons of stories that I could tell you about the kids and Tony. But, they have learned to shut their mouth a little bit, and have a little more respect for everyone in general.

Oh well, just my opinion on them and their family. But I dont just say it to jump on the wagon.

are you serious? i was at the race when alessi (mike) won his first race on a 125, @ mt morris.. nobody cheered for him when he went around the track, instead the booed him. when he was interviewed over the PA system, he was booed even more and instead of being a professional about it, he busted out his little kid voice and said "CMON GUYS, IT'S MY FIRST WIN!!"

i dont know about u guys but it sounds a little conceited, then again i dont know them personally and don't really care to, i know them just about almost 95% of the industry knows them, which is a professional racer
