i raced the 1st opener in the "race the storm" series in 125 c class. 1st moto i got the holeshot and got passed in the first turn by 2 guys, so this put me in 3rd place, near the end of the first lap i got locked up with a guy(while he was passin me for 3rd) and crashed, i tweaked my bars on my triple clamp, broke my handguard off and ripped all the wires out of my kill switch. i was then in last place(10th) and rode the rest of the race(3 laps) with my bent handlebars and handgaurd hangin by the wires of my killswitch and finished the first moto 5th out of 10. The final was up and i was second of the gate. I was passed by one person in the first corner and then he crashed out of the whoops so i maintained 2nd for the rest of the race. So for the first race of the series i got 2nd. My first time ever podiuming, i was pretty stoked, although my handgaurds broke(thank god for sponsors).

onyly 10 people in a race!!, dang places by me they race like 30 people per race in 125 c class i wanna come down to illinios to if i race haha jk...

congrats max. wish i went. come out to walnut this sunday and race. good luck at pec saturday too. i won't be able to make it cause of a family situation and i got court, but hope to make it the following race. i'm really looking forward to the fair race this summer, that's going to be a good time.

thanks everyone, and glenn why did you have to throw up that pic i look incredibly obease. now i have new gear as well(socal for life), I guess they completily tore down pec and its huge now, will ill see you down there and i hope your racing. bring the camera as well.

6......30.......... in our 125c races for district events we have often 60 all together and 30 to 35 in 125b. One time last year in cambridge (they have a starting gate capable of 53 bikes ) we had a full gate in the 125c main and another 25 in the consilation race

wow that would be insane, especially the start...60 guys in your class, that would make taking first feel pretty damn good, we usually have 20-30+ people at our state races, a little less at city races...
