hey

I just thought i would ask yous this before i go and see a doctor.

When i sit down or lay down for more than 5 mins and when i go to get up i feel light in the head and dizzy and feel like passing out.
Is this something to worry about and has anyone else has something similar

Sounds a bit like low blood pressure or something. I have a different circulation problem, just about any position I sit down in, if there is any pressure on the body of a limb I lose all circulation past that point and it goes numb. Not sure if they're a similar thing though. Go to the doc and get yourself sorted.

Viagra fixes it... That's what it was originally used to treat before the well-known side effect was discovered. How you get it I got no idea... But another way of fixing it is to live a high stress, unhealthy lifestyle as far as what you eat goes. Since they say that gives you high blood pressure, lol.

I have that same problem but on not such a bad scale. Didn't know what caused it. I never knew it had anything to do with a low blood pressure. It sometimes happens after watching T.V for a long while. I just deal with it.

Hey hold on now... I didn't say that's what it is, I'm not at all a doctor, just said what it sounds like. I think maybe though, both of you should try some Viagra and see if it fixes it... If only for the comedic value. It would be so funny seeing you's try to walk around school all day. The ladies would love it though. If you played your cards right you could turn yourselves into the town bicycles. But that's off the subject. But try it anyway.:D

yes it owuld be low blood pressure.
When you lay down because you rbody is flat your heart doesnt have to pump very hard to move the blood but if you stand up it has to pump harder because of gravity trying to pull it down.

If you lay down for a while then stan dup quickly your heart cannot catch up qucik enough so not enough blood gets to yuor brain and you get dizzy

Just stand up a bit slower :)

it happens to me...but only if I've been sitting/laying down watching tv or a movie for a while. Usually when I get up fast too...just stand up a little slower, that helps.

Well ive got this thing, when i sleep, i wake up and feel dizzy and feeling like im about to fall over, probably just because i dont sleep. But i dunno, it happens about once a week. Probably not a big prob, but i'd share it incase someone could say its not much sleep LOL :p
