yea glamis is tight but the first time i went out there my kickstand fell off and i got lost from camp. so i was wondering around, first time on my kx 100 at glamis, no paddle lost. and then my bike stalls. no kickstarter. tried to push it bak but i was so far away fromn camp and i didnt kno where it was. but its not as crazy nemore. they shut down comp hill . it was like a lil L.A. riot evry thanksgiving weekend man, wish that it was still open. kinda suks

i would do some planning. glamis is in so cal, almost to the border of mexico. it is a beautiful place, but this weekend will probably mark the end of the season for most humans. it just gets too insanely hot out there to even think of riding. it is too bad. dave the super artist (who is now designing up a storm over at Thor) has glamis sand running through his veins. our shoot last weekend had unusually moderate weather. late spring early fall is best. when we went there, there was literally not another soul in sight. quite the opposite from the liquored up mayhem that plagues the place most of the time.

ya i went last october, like the first week and it was me, 4 friends and taht was pretty much it...it think the 4 days we were there we saw 20 people total...it was great havin the whole place to ourselves
