Buy a graphics kit that has small holes in them. These don't bubble from the gas.
Also, we use windex to help work out the bubbles when installing them.

Can't stop it.
I was told the vapors come through the plastic but not sure on this.
Try http://onthegas.com/
We use these and have no problems with them.

if you get bubbles in it, then heat it up with a hair dryer or heat gun or whatever, and take a pin or knife or something and poke a hole on the bubble and uses a plastic putty knife to get the air out.

plastic's are very poreus (very small holes) why do you think it's a beatch to get white tanks white after a ride ( i use jiff) but the fuel vapors vent through these holes into your grafix, i've found if you use kitten tyre rejuvinator( just guessed on that 1) on your plastics and leave it sit in the sun for a while bubbling doesnt happen just wipe off the excess befor you put on you grafix
