ok, im trying to get my site going, but then i looked at arsenalmx, and every good idea i had i found there, i was going to call my site mxartillery and have the full guerrilla war fare image and stuff but after seeing arsenalmx i thought people may accuse me of copying, what do u guys think?

i will try as hard as i can to have that image but make it different, so do u think i should go ahead with my name and idea's? or should i stop and re think the whole thing?

Well, just because your name falls into the same category as arsenal, like using military type lingo, doesn't mean that you would necessarily be accused of copying. Think about this: arsenalmx has been online for about a month, and what matters to people is who they saw first. The latter is always the one who copies in the mind of whoever saw such and such site first. Second, if you look a lot different, different color, font, layout, then you are different. Don't let semantics get in the way. It isn't like your sites name is arsenalsmx.com. The bottom line is value. If i can order from you and get yer stuff cheaper with shipping then i am your customer. I say go for it. you can still be different. if everyone thought the way you are questioning, think about how many sites would never get made, like FMXmolotov####tail.com, or surfacetoairfmxmissile.com. i could go on, but i fear i would become more ridiculious than i already have. i think you get my point.
