i wouldnt really call it "wasting your time" doing small stuff like that can get you extra points in an fmx contest and it improves your front brake control

definetly not a waste, laerning to balnce the bike on either wheel is great for your bike control skills.

Is a stoppie like a nose wheelie in austrailia??
I think they are cool and there actually really fun.
Best advise... Crash couple times, you'll get the idea;)

true. once u crash on something, (if its not too painful) u are generally able to push yourself further after that, bcos u know where the limit it

i went riding today and tried some stand up stoppies again but so much force goes through your arms, i can do them pretty good sitting down but i think i might just need to get stronger to do them standing up
