Alex, who are the moderators? The list down the side has no-one.
Are there positions up for grabs?

Liam is a totaly nice guy, and is well known among the Aussi FMX'ers, he stated NEX Corp, which is a FMX.....Mulisha I guess, nice guy style. He just swears alot, I also wish MM-to-death was back, he helped with the names of tricks and stuff, and he's a totally awesome rider from what I can tell. Maybe since they've had time to cool off, you could let them back on? ;) :(

OK guys, before I address letting Liam back on I want to get a few things straight. Message boards have many uses. Most companies put them up as a ploy to get people to their site for repeat business, as a result they don't really care about the content, they just want the hits- and the message boards become a forum for insults and eye-poking which is why most of them suck. We care about the content of our site, and building the sport of freestylemx.
If you watch any live TV show or radio show that takes live callers, preparations must unfortunatley be made for people who get on air and swear or are insulting. They are promptly cut off and edited out. It is a standard worldwide. Wether people swear like monkeys or not in everyday life, it is not appropriate behavior in many situations, and it won't be tolerated here either. I think I have established that point to all of you already.
As for why Liam was banned, it is simple. After being warned, he continued, like MM, to post content that he agreed not to post when he signed up for the site. It had nothing to do with him sending me a message about the rules sucking or anything. I am an extremely fair person, and am not vindictive. He was simply banned because he felt it more important to continue with that behavior after he was warned. I have way better things to do than to deal with stuff like this. In addition, sending me a littany insults and presumptions about how we are "keepin the man down" with our forum rules is the whiny kind of useless banter that is so far down on my list of priorities that it doens't even hit my radar screen.
Now, lets just get this over with once and for all. I swear like a sailor around my friends, but I don't when or where it isn't appropriate. Here, it isn't appropriate. If Liams post are so full of great content and useful advice, he needs to post them free of profanity, end of story. So far the e mails he has sent me regarding this bitterly state that he won't cuss, followed by paragraphs of insults to me, the united states, judging and other things he can't seem to wrangle, and somehow not being able to cuss on the forum made me the target of his pent-up neo-political hatred. So how about this: post about FMX, don't cuss, and none of us will have to deal with this B.S. anymore. Cuss, get warned, cuss again, get banned, don't whine about it. Which option would you want to deal with?
I am on a trip right now, and will consider letting Liam back on. I probably will, but I just want you guys to know that the rule of not cussing is really pretty simple to live by here, and there is no level that anyone can complain about it that will ever result in a change of that rule. I get so many e mails from people who think the site and the message board is great because it is free of all that crap. Spending so much of my time dealing with two guys that boo hoo hoo after getting banned for cursing makes it hard for me to feel sorry for them. Anyway, thanks for all of your input on this. You guys are all really great, and I like knowing what you think.
