I KNOW A FEW PROS CHECK OUT THIS BOARD EVERY NOW AND THEN, SO I THOUGHT MAYBE SOME ONE COULD HELP ME. I GOT A RAMP FROM FREESTYLE INDUSTRIES TWO WEEKS AGO, AND ITS GREAT, BUT I DO HAVE ONE PROBLEM. I HAVENT BEEN RIDING A 250 FOR THAT LONG, SO IM STILL GETTING USED TO IT. I'VE BEEN HITTING IT EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST WEEK. WE HAVE IT SET AT 75 FEET RIGHT NOW. WHAT I WAS WONDERING IS THAT I HAVE A TENDENCY TO EITHER OVER JUMP, OR COME CLOSE TO CASING THE LANDING. I CANT SEEM TO FIND A CERTAIN SPEED. IM HITTING IT IN 2ND, BUT WAS WONDERING WHAT YOU GUYS DO. THANKS

You need to use low gears for contests with small runups. Leave it for the pros to answer man :D

im gonna try and answer it anyway:D

try finding a point in the run up and pinning it from there, like a rock at the side of the track or sumthin, so when your front wheel gets to it and if you pin it from there you will have the same speed as last time. does that make sense?
