Think ahead about transport and storage. A ramp in transport is like a sail in the wind.

Yeah im pretty close to building my own, its only gonna cost me about $380 for the metal (frame), i havent priced the ply for the top but i was gonna suss out how much extra it would be to run a thick sheet of galvanised metal with some mesh covering it for grip!!!!!
Im getting a Down ramp built tommorrow probably!!!
And thats a Sick Bike you got yourself there!!!!!
Where abouts do you ride in Perth??

is about 4 foot high and 6 foot long
the angle on the lip is 60 degrees so its hella steep
REISERFMX
November 4th, 2001, 07:00 PM
is that possible to have a ramp 4feetX6fet with an angle of 60?
i know the super kicker is 70 so if your ramp is really 60, you must get kicked strait up.

fmxxx your lip maybe at that angle but the over all angle will be a lot less i bet.
i figured out that the lip on my ramp is at 60 degrees but its overall angle is at about 32 degrees
