After thinking about how long its gonna be for me to save up and buy a fitty. I was considering just building one from scratch since pretty much all of the bike can be bought aftermarket. BBR has a ton of take off parts for cheap as well i could find em on ebay, and then just buy what i want in aftermarket so i dont have have parts i dont want. then i could just sell some of the stock parts i bought to my girlfriend when i want to replace those with aftermarket since hers is basically gonna be stock besides bars. has anyone ever went at it like this. and is there any parts besides the tank that i will probably have to buy oem from a dealer?
