Price for a fitty

Alright, I have wanted a fitty for the past year now but didn't want to go out and buy a brand new one , so after alot of looking around I finally found one, it's a 2001 xr 50 all stock. The guy that had it before me bought it for his 7 year old son in the fall of 02 and because it starts to get really cold in like November he did not ride it very much. Anyways the guy wants 1100.00$ for it, is this a good price for a 01?:love:

it kinda sucks becuase i was thinking of gettin a barely used 50 but even the 2002's used are only like $50-100 less than new around here. i wish it was like 200-400. heck i wish it was free:D
