the name of the beastie boys song is "do it" and its off their "ill communication" album.

i'll be honest and say i just started riding dirt. i used to stunt street bikes until i got tired of gettin in troube with the law. it might cost me my license for a year, i'll find out may 20th at my trial. i dont know how to take jumps so i was reluctant to even jump a 50. i hit a track for the very first time on easter sunday on a 400ex quad and i was launchin hits pretty sick. i'm takin a kx125 out there this time around and see if i can match it. wish me luck.

u guys seem to be pullin up wheelies on those things a lot easier than everyone else. whats ur trick? and do u not trash a lotta bikes stunt street riding? i think that stuff is awesome. i saw the miami zoo crew at a show in miami a few years ago and i see them around ft. lauderdale everyone once in a while when i'm down there. i was at a stop light one night behind a few cars and all of a sudden this bike comes by me doin a nose wheelie with a girl on the back and stops at the line. it was so dope! like the whole zoo crew was heading down to the strip on the beach to stunt or somethin. thats cool ur gettin into dirt bikes too. later

dangit, i knew they were called high chair wheelies for street, i don't know why i didn't just say that.

I can bust nose wheelies like that, but can't come close to wheelieing. what's your secret?

the trick to wheelieing is honestly patience and practice. rushing something like wheelieing will end up wrecking a bike or you getting seriously hurt. for tall wheelies my goal is to get the bike as high as possible into the balance point at the initial clutch up and just work it lightly there after with throttle and rear brake. i try to creep them too, so the bike will eventually stray side to side. you have to use your body weight to steer it straight and true. like i said, lots of practice and patence and youll be doing miles.

the street bike im using in those pictures is a 1998 kawasaki zx6e, possibly the worst stunt bike made, but i made it happen.

i saw the miami zoo crew when i viisted lakeland raceway for stuntwars. definately a capable stunt crew but they were a lil rough around the edges compared to others. look our for them on the scene because the only way they can go is up.

here's my salue to all of you for your warm welcome for me to your message board:

i gotcha, but i still wanna know how you bust those high chair wheelies on your 50. i can ride wheelies on my 50 for blocks, tappin' the back brake and easin' the throttle. but still no high chair wheelies.

i bought this d&d pipe for it which upped the torque hella. but the key for me was to sit back on the seat and with one motion gas it, lean back, and get it to the balance point quick. after that just be smooth on the throttle and you wont loop. believe me, looping in a highchair sucks.

when i ride normal wheelies i give her full throttle, wait about a sec, then pull up. you're saying pull up at the same time? damn i can't go try it though, i've still got a blown out back wheel.
