Does it matter whether u put anythin on the ply for the trasnition, coz im gonna have me new ramp ready this weekend and i dont really have time to oaint it and crap

depends on what the woods like. The stuff i got had a slippery coating (couldnt even walk up it) so it needed painting.
i guess if the stuff u get feels ok, itd be alright for 1 weekend.
then again, better to be safe than sorry, dont want to be getting wheelspin up it :D

puy some marine carpet on it (if ya can get some) thats wot my bros recon they would do :)

You will get wheel spin even with paint/sand on top. Not bad but the rear tire will still spin some.
If the air is moist (foggy or ###p) don't jump the ramp. You would not even be able to slowly ride up the ramp if so.

heh, fogs not really a problem round were we live right now...its been up around 30 - 35 degress celsius for a month or so :(

Yeah marine carpet is good, that's what we have on our ramp and it is sweet.

What about the grip tape they use on skateboards? that might work...nah it wouldnt provide enough grip. lol im talkin to myself again......
