i rule the dunes too
i try to ride it mnore realistic and i dont bust a hart attack of of every jump
i normaly whip the hell out of it though on them
but in my opinion just hiting the technical jumps i do on that map and clearing them is awsome.
some times i just love to ride the stock tracks
specialy the mines one when you get way up there and you can here the wind:p makes me get goose bumps

then yall better sit tight as im makin the sickest freeriding track ever...its set in australian outback, with lots of hills and cliff jumps, plus a 12 pack and some ramps! its h u g e -...i might also get Punkerjeffie222 to help me on it also! to make objects and stuff!

what quaries are those jumps on crusty? Id like to do some of those. I found this huuge step down jump on that snow levle once but it was a while back and I dont remeber where it was. I love the morince mine and helms deep. I can play that game forever.

i found a bad jump, its at the one with the pic of a space craft or sumfin the alien one i dont know, but its a double that is on flat ground and you have to hit it goin prety fast...right before you hit it you have to turn to the left to land on the landing, but if you do it right i think its the best jump i have ever found, i will get a screen shot if sumone tells me how

I just finished playin MCM2 and I found a huge gap on Arazona exploration 2. pinned on a 500. I circled the rider, I had to zoom waaay out to get the landing and the takeoff in.

The keyboard is the best, man. Then again.. I'm used to it. I started playing mcm1 with it. I tried a joystick and I sucked royally. I can beat most people with a joystick on my keyboard ;) I'm proud of that.. hahaha.

Joystick are 100x better, but they break when you preload too hard like me :D

-426-, change the stunt keys from z & x to a & d, they work easier. and that pic u posted is the same jump that i found in my 1st pic :D

only if u have a joystick.

just when u hit the base of an upramp, pull back on the stick, and as you hit the top of the upramp, slam it forward FAST. the faster you do it, the further you go.

I broke a $200 sidewinder force feedback 2 cos i did it too hard :D

rofl... i broke my friends joystick preloading in the game... hahaha. it was funny.

I still try and preload on my keyboard. It's habbit now... and it seems like it works sometimes :) i think it does.. I just think you have to be real precise with it.. and it definitely isnt the same as a joystick. But im still faster with my keyboard then i ever was with my stick. :rolleyes:

yeh, ive found on the keys that if u press forward on the takeoff, then put all the weight backwards, and whip it flat, you can go a lot further....but still nothing compared to a joystick

a 250 on a joystick = a 500 on keys basically :D

lol yes, everyone can do them. just like everyone can do pendulums, heelclickers to lazyboys,and double sarans. It tells u how in the mcm2 help file

does yours crash mcm2 a lot? mine used to under win98, 1/2 the time the game wouldnt start...so i was kinda glad i broke it :D

and i found a sic new step up in helms deep, ill post some pics soon

HEY crusty you said to change the trick keys to form z,x to a,d but I can still only do air walks, double seat grab supermans,
no footed can cans, and nac nacs

ahh, must be the other prob then > to do the other tricks, u press lean forward+ the trick button, or lean back + trick button (like lean forward + d = hart attack)

try all sort of different combinations of the keys too, like left+ lean forward+ button 2 = cliffhanger

and arker, yeah its the joystick...i emailed M$ like 100 times, and every reply just said that i cant get free support for the product :rolleyes:

i got this problem with mcm2, i got a hp 8880 and i use a keyboard but the only tricks i can do is z + left or right and x + keft or right and a lazy boy, what might be wrong

try going into the options in mcm2 somehow.. and change the trick buttons

make Z = A instead
and X = D instead

it should help i think

a common mistake is that people use accelerate/brake, but u need to use lean forward & back + the trick buttons
