I don't get it. I ordered 3 sheets of 4'x8' 3/4" #9 Raised expanded metal today. But you said lay a sheet of #14 (guage) sheet metal down first but on your material list on your site it says this: 3 sheets of 4' x 8' x 1/16" or 1/8" thick sheet metal
3 sheets of 4' x 8' x 1/16" ½" or ¾" expanded metal

Now if i'm not mistaken, the 1/16" thick expanded metal would equall out to #9 guage. So that would mean the 1/16" sheet metal = #9 gauge, but you said use 14 guage. and 1/8" would be 4.5 gauge.

I'm really confused. I got to fix this quick!!!

I am so sorry. My bad. Thanks for catching this and letting me know. I corrected this tonight so it reads as follows.

NOTE: I STRONGLY ADVISE you to use:
3 sheets of 4' x 8' - 14 or 16 gauge Sheet Metal
3 sheets of 4' x 8' - ¾" #9 Raised Expanded Metal
...instead of wood.
