u must be new to riding anyways it comes natural, when i first started pulling them off I didn't plan them, when u ride some much it'll come to ya. But one thing u could work on is soon as bike leaves jump kick the leg over or start doing trick.

honestly....maybe this dosent work for everyone, but this what i do when im learning a new trick. dont think about "specifics" all that will do is mess you up...i just get really pumped and go for it, just do what it looks like...
i say getting pumped is the most important, you wont learn a new trick all mello'ed out!

easy tricks really dont need explanation. Harder ones sometimes need a bi of descibing the techiniques...
can is as simple as it seems...lift your foot over the seat. and for nacs, the more u can rotate you body around, the further u can get your leg out.
just do what feels good..

i thnk you wil find you wont be able to do nac nacs unless you can whip the bike a bit

getting pumped is a big factor for me like mikey said for himself, i just raced around the trails and headed for the jump, getting the adrenalin flowing seems to help, you just dont care and do whatever, thats how i pulled my first can, i did one footer, no footer, then a can, made the transition from 1 foot to a can in about 20 mins. just lift your foot over the tank, i did it on a 10-foot gap (but then again it probably kicked me 10-12 feet high, it is kinda like a kicker)
i dont if just going for it would work for you, how long have you been riding? because if not that long you should just practice normal jumping for awhile:)

try a can lander first, thats what i did. find a smallish jump with a non harsh landing and just bring your foot over and keep it there, its way easy and after that you just have to be faster and bring it back

ya dont hav to whip it that much, i can hardly whip it but when ya lay it ova it sorta whips out by its self, i control myne with the weight of my foot on the peg still, can can's i just lift my feet real high and throw em over. i want to try get my no footed can's over the seat, like when i throw it out its over my seat and not over my petrol tank cap, to get em a bit safer. ONLY I NEED A NICE DAY!!!, WIND IS PISSIN ME OFF!!!

Just find a small jump and go for it. You don't need much air for either of those tricks, and if you stuff up on a small jump you will probably just ride it out or if you do crash it won't hurt. Much.

find the biggest pile of dirt you can and hit it 6th pinded and throw your leg over the seat
